Jeremy Carragher

Founder & Editor-in-Chief

Fifteen years ago, Jeremy Carragher left a career at JPMorgan Chase to pursue his passion for energy efficiency. That decision led him to co-found an LED technology company, where he designed and installed smart lighting solutions for major commercial facilities—including the Miami Dolphins' Hard Rock Stadium. Working hands-on with building systems gave him a firsthand understanding of how commercial facilities consume power and where the real savings opportunities are.

Jeremy serves as Director of Operations at Innova Capital Partners, overseeing a portfolio of 20+ companies. In that role, he has built extensive expertise in managing technical programs, scaling innovative businesses, and navigating complex regulatory landscapes across energy and infrastructure investments.

At KilowattLogic, Jeremy directs the platform's proprietary intelligence engine. He leverages his background in energy technology and investment analysis to ensure the platform delivers actionable, data-driven insights that empower businesses to navigate deregulated energy markets with confidence.

Procurement Review Path

Commercial energy offers can be difficult to compare because supply, capacity, transmission, taxes, pass-throughs, contract term, and broker compensation are often presented together. KilowattLogic starts by separating those pieces so buyers know what deserves a closer review.

  • Quote Context We compare a supplied rate against market-cost buckets and flag spreads or contract terms that warrant a document-level review.
  • Disclosure First Any future paid referral, procurement, sponsor, advisor, supplier, broker, software, demand-response, solar, storage, or efficiency relationship should be disclosed before a buyer chooses a next step.
  • Buyer Fit The right next step depends on load size, state rules, utility territory, renewal timing, and whether the buyer wants education, a benchmark, or a procurement conversation.
